Hydrapulper Paper Pulping Machine
High-consistency hydrapulper is one of the indispensable equipment in waste paper deinking and pulping. High-consistency hydrapulper’s function is not only to shred waste paper into pulp, but also to make pulp fibers generate intense friction during the rotation of the rotor. The printing ink falls off the surface of the fiber through the action of chemicals, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling the pulp.
Application & Features
1. Small footprint, easy operation and strong production capacity. Strong debonding action.There is almost no cutting effect on individual fibers.
2. Does not block the slag outlet, can crush waste paper with high concentration, promotes faster detachment and dispersion of ink particles from fibers.
3. The cone is resistant to pressure and wear, and has a long service life. The parts in contact with the slurry are all made of stainless steel, which is not easy to be damaged.
4. The discharging and dilution device can make the high-consistency slurry directly discharge without diluting in the pulper cylinder, which greatly shortens the discharging time of the high-consistency slurry, reduces the power configuration of the equipment, and saves power consumption.
