30tpd Cardboard Paper Making Line

30T/D cardboard paper making line includes paper pulping line and cardboard paper production line, there are many factors influence the pulp quality and finished paper quality, the most important factor is pulp and paper equipment, this not only have a big impact on production capacity, but also finished paper quality.

Pulping equipment

In pulping process, which use waste paper as raw material, mainly use the following pulp equipment to get accept pulp that meets the requirements of papermaking.

D type hydrapulper: C=3~5%, waste paper pulping machine adopts new type VOKES rotor strengthens hydraulic circulation and fiber relief.

High desity cleaner: C=3~5%, P=0.2~0.5MPa, remove heavy impurities from pulp, wear resistance ceramics cone, long service life.

Pressure screen: C=1~4%, P=0.02~0.04MPa, used in coarse and fine screen system.

Low density cleaner: C= 0.3~1%, used for removing impurities in the slurry.
