200T/D Kraft Paper&Corrugated Paper Project Pulp Equipment for Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan newly launched the 200T / D kraft paper and corrugated paper project and they had pulchased the pulp euqipment and pulp making line from our company.

The main pulp equipment ordered this time are Chain Converyor, D Type Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Refiner, Drum Screen, High Density Cleaner, Rope Cutter, Grapple, M.C.Pressure Screen, Argitator, and etc.

The pulp equipment delivered this time include Chain Converyor, D Type Hydrapulper , Drum Pulper and sleeve accessories.

Chian Conveyor:

Chian Conveyor is mainly used for conveying various kinds of pulp board, waste paper in bulk and in bundle which can be horizontal conveyor or inclined conveyor(<30°).Intended particularly for loading of waste paper(loose or in bales) or chemical pulp into a pulper.

D Type Hydrapulper:

This equipment uses a D-type structure that improves work efficiency and can be used for pulping used paper and wet paper. D type Hydrapulper is mainly used for pulp board, waste paper, deinking and pulp refining. Dissociation maximizes the shape and strength of impurities while simultaneously maximizing the dissociation of paper fibers into fiber bundles or single fibers.

Drum Pulper:

This type Drum Pulper is mainly used in the paper making industry to breaking continuously and coarse screening of the waste paper material under the high consistency. ZG Series Drum Pulper can maximum keep the physical property of the fiber.
