Light impurity separator working principle

It mainly used in coarse screening section behind M.C. coarse pressure screen, usually use together with Reject separator. The pulp outflow chamber of the rotor is higher than the lower surface of the shell and a low pressure region is formed around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. Under the centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are thrown to the outermost vortex, deposited in the groove that is outside the sieve plate for discharging. at the same time reduce the wear of the cutter and sieve plate, to extend the service life.

The features of Light impurity separator
